Frodsham is three miles from us in Helsby. A lot of the work there sits inside the town conservation area, where what goes back in has to match what came out.

Houses of that age rarely need only one thing: a staircase that follows the original line, four panel doors hung in new linings, panelling that meets an existing skirting without a gap. All of it has to be made to the building rather than fitted to it.
